Côte-Nord Elopement or intimate wedding

We have to tell you right away that Côte-Nord is our favorite region in Quebec. It is the quintessence of raw nature in all its splendor. All along the 1000 km of coastline of this immense region, the landscapes evolve and the climate changes the further east you go. Côte-Nord is made up of rocky capes, breathtaking cliffs and long sandy beaches. It is one of the regions that we have visited the most in Quebec and we still don't have the impression of having seen everything (quite the contrary!).

It is also home to our favorite location in the whole province: Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve. Going on a zodiac excursion or a water cab and seeing these limestone islands appear in the distance gives you an incredible feeling of freedom. Whales are almost always present during the crossings, but what makes this park seem straight out of another world are its limestone monoliths that have been changing shape since prehistoric times. And that's not counting the pleasure of camping on a deserted island or sleeping in a lighthouse. Côte-Nord is for adventurous couples who are ready to do anything to experience an intimate wedding or an elopement off the beaten path.
